PRESIDENT, THE HUMAN-ANIMAL BOND
Part of the core team that developed a nonprofit with a mission to conduct research, educate and train in the area of the human-animal bond. At its core, the nonprofit teaches at-risk youth life skills using Train the Trainer methodology. The program now benefits veterans through a federal prison program and students at West Virginia University. As a result of this program, the University has developed three undergraduate courses around the principles of animal training.
